You have a generous 30-day window from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee:

There is no Restocking Fee for our valued customers.

Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@franticbags.com or our social media.

Return Process:
Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately so that we can swiftly address the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards. If you have any questions about specific items, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Exchanges:
For a seamless exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a separate order for the new item you desire.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, without justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
